The Serbian Athletics Federation is the national governing body for athletics in Serbia, uniting athletic clubs, professional associations, and top athletes. Established on September 5, 1948, in Belgrade, the federation has 108 active member clubs participating in its competition system.
As a member of the Serbian Olympic Committee, Balkan Athletics (ABAF), European Athletics and World Athletics, the federation's mission is to organize national competitions, support athlete development, promote athletics, and represent Serbia internationally. It also focuses on hosting international tournaments, advancing coaching standards, and fostering the sport's growth at all levels.
